Price depends mainly on square footage, visit frequency and building type. Based on our own pricing model, a typical office falls between $0.10 and $0.30 per square foot per month: roughly $0.10 for one visit a week, up to $0.30 for five visits a week including restrooms and carpets. What are janitorial services?
Janitorial services cover the recurring upkeep of a building: cleaning offices, common areas, corridors and elevators, full restroom disinfection, waste and recycling removal, floor and carpet care, plus supplying sanitary products (paper, soap, bags). At Allstars this can also include an on-site day porter, window cleaning, periodic strip-and-wax and 24/7 emergency service.
