About

A field-driven company, in new hands.

Founded in 1993, Allstars was recently acquired by two entrepreneurs who know its teams and its buildings. Nothing changes for our clients: the same people, the same standards, the same point of contact. What is new: growth ambition and the means to achieve it.

Our story

The Allstars Maintenance team in the field

Entretien Allstars was founded in Montreal in 1993. In the early days, the company ran on a handful of janitorial contracts in commercial buildings across the region. Clients came mostly through word of mouth: one satisfied property manager would refer another, and the mandates added up year after year. More than three decades later, that way of growing — one contract at a time, done right — still defines the company.

Early on, Allstars built its reputation on two simple principles. First, stable crews: the same people return to the same buildings week after week and end up knowing them better than anyone. Second, close supervision: issues are spotted and fixed before the client ever has to report them. That discipline is what allowed the company to retain demanding institutional clients and property managers for years on end.

Over the years, services expanded at the pace of client demand. Floor and window care, snow removal, landscaping, concierge services and minor repairs were added to the janitorial offering — making Allstars a single point of contact for complete building upkeep. Geographic reach followed: first Quebec, then Ontario, with offices in Quebec City, Ottawa and Trois-Rivières alongside the Montreal head office.

Allstars was recently acquired by two entrepreneurs. Continuity was at the heart of their decision: taking over a service company means, above all, taking care of its people. The cleaning crews, supervisors and working habits that built Allstars' reputation remain in place. For clients, nothing changes day to day — the same faces, the same standards, the same phone number.

What is evolving are the means. The new ownership is investing in documented quality controls, more direct client communication and processes that give crews the structure to do their best work. The ambition is clear: grow Allstars — more buildings, more markets, more jobs — without ever losing what made it strong, namely closeness to clients and to teams.

What will not change: when you call, you speak with someone who knows your building. When a problem comes up, it gets fixed. That is the promise kept since 1993, and the one the leadership is committed to honouring — and growing.

How we work

The field comes first

Decisions are made by walking through buildings, not by reading reports. Leadership visits sites and knows crew members by name.

Supervision that sees everything

Every site is closely supervised. Quality checks are documented and issues are fixed before you ever have to report them.

Teams that stay

Crew stability is our best quality argument: the same people, in the same buildings, who know exactly what to do.

Promises kept

When something goes wrong, you talk to someone who can fix it — and who does. One point of contact, from start to finish.
