  • Minor repairs: small plumbing fixes, locks, drywall
  • Replacing light bulbs, filters and hardware
  • Visual inspections of the premises and issue reporting
  • Supporting property managers with tenant requests

  • Experience in building maintenance or construction, an asset
  • Manual skills and autonomy
  • Valid driver's licence, an asset (possible travel)

Schedule

Mainly daytime, with availability for occasional emergencies.
